Jamaica Johnson is the Executive Marketing Director, Independent Executive A&R Consultant, Artist Manager, Producer, Songwriter, Recording Academy Grammy Professional, and the marketing brains to many of the artists and groups he has worked with. He started as an Intern and Marketing Representative
at Atlantic Records in the early 90s.
He was later instrumental in helping to push artists,
and market many of their albums to accredited RIAA Certified Diamond, Platinum & Gold status.
In the marketing arena, Jamaica has earned 5 RIAA accredited Diamonds, over 30+ RIAA accredited Platinum, and over 40+ RIAA accredited golds and 200+ million records sold. He has worked with Pitbull, Plies, Don Omar, Enrique Iglesias, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Hootie and The Blowfish, Kid Rock, Terror Fabulous, Bush, Stone Temple Pilots, Leanne Rimes, Jewel, Snoop Dog, Tupac Shakur, Dr. Dre, Pitbull, Quad City DJs, Robert Page and Jimmy Plant, Tori Amos, Aliyah, Lil Kim, Pizzicato Five, Bucketheads, Duncan Sheik, Matchbox 20, Rob Thomas, DJ Khaled, DJ Smallz, Lil Flip, Durty White Boyz, and Pop sensation Celine Polenghi and double Grammy singing artist Irene Cara. Jamaica has also worked with Boy band guru: Donna Wright, who helped launch Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, Pink, Brittany Spears, and Rockell.
Jamaica is also a Top 12 Billboard Producer and Writer (Yo Bailo Para Ti), SESAC Music Award (Yo Bailo Para Ti), SESAC Award Show Producer 2015. Jamaica enjoys working with many talented Grammy artists and Grammy Producers. Grammy Producers include Andrew Lane and Larry Coll. Multi-Platinum Producers: Scott Storch & Platinum Producer Austin Leeds and many others.
After working at Atlantic Records for many years, he started independently producing, marketing, and managing artists. One of his first group was Nu Ground. And out of Nu Ground came the multi-platinum artist, Andrew Seeley, who co-wrote, co-produced, and sang in Disney's High School Musical soundtracks (Parts 1: Sold 5x Platinum and Part 2: sold 2x Platinum). He also developed Kevin Cossom from Nu Ground, who would go on to produce and write songs for Beyonce, Trey Songz, Keri Hilson, Chris Brown, and many others.
Jamaica Johnson has developed many notable artists over the years that are still in the music business today. L.L Radio (aka Frankie Donnovan) is a resident performing at Mangos in Orlando, FL. He took the nation by storm in 2013-2014, with the release of the song "Yo Bailo Para Ti". The song went on to reach #12 on the Bachata charts at the Billboards and got him several invites with Mark Anthony and Enrique Iglesias at the Latin Grammys. LL Radio became known as the “New Face Of Bachata Music.” LL Radio also won the "Best-Dressed Male of the 2013 Latin Grammys" by Entertainment Tonight.
Jamaica has also worked with Supermodel Naomi Campbell, Jaime Rishar & Sara O'Hare, model and actress Omahyra Mota (who played Arclight in X-Men), actress Lavetta Cannon (who played opposite Harrison Ford in 'Crossing Over'), Actress Brittany Snow (who played in 'Pitch Perfect 1, 2 & 3), and Actor Drew Seeley (who played opposite Selena Gomez aka "Marie Santiago" as Joey Parker in 'Not Another Cinderella Story'
Jamaica is an Independent Executive A&R Consultant to major labels such as Universal, Sony, Interscope, Atlantic, Def Jam...and also Jive & Asylum when they were still a label...and many others.
Jamaica has worked with numerous corporate giants. A brief look at some of the corporate giants includes Disney, Universal, Regal, AMC, Pepsi, Coke, Hennessey, Budweiser, Corona, Bacardi, Country Time Lemonade, Audi, MindComet, Nextel, and Sprint/T-Mobile. Andrew Lane is a Pop/Hip-Hop/R&B Songwriter & Record Producer. He has worked with artists such as Backstreet Boys & Irene Cara. As a Grammy Producer & Songwriter, he has received Grammy, Gold & Platinum accreditations for his work with R&B artists Speech, Keith Sweat & Alsou. He also worked on the platinum-accredited records High School Musical, Hannah Montana, DisneyMania 4 & Manny Fresh.
Billboard winning music producer, Andrew Lane, is a pop/hip-hop/R&B songwriter and record producer who was born and raised in San Diego, CA. Andrew has worked with artists such as the Backstreet Boys and Irene Cara, T O-town, Snoop Dogg’ Cash Money Label (Nicki Minaj, Drake, Lil Wayne), and many others. As a producer and songwriter, he has received gold and platinum accreditations for his work with R&B artists Speech, Keith Sweat, and Alsou.
He produced and wrote songs for Universal, Elektra. and EMI.
"Solo" was performed by Russian pop star Alsou and was released on Universal Music Russia. It became Russia’s highest-selling single of 2000. Andrew produced and co-wrote the song “Don’t Even Try” in 2003, which was used in the Disney movie, Pixel Perfect, and became part of the soundtrack that charted for several weeks on the Billboard Top 200.
Andrew moved back to Los Angeles In 2006, where he worked on the music for High School Musical and on Hannah Montana soundtracks. He produced and mixed B5’s version of “Get Your Head in the Game” which sold over 4.7 million copies. Andrew discovered and produced the Clique Girls in 2007, who landed a record deal with Interscope Records. He has 11 songs featured in the film, Bring It On (Fight to the Finish). He has also worked with such artists as Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams of Destiny’s Child, Static, (rapper/producer), and companies such as Cash Money Records, Japan Warner Music Group, Capitol Records, Warner ADA, and Lost Coast Sound.
Andrew Lane has a client list that has sold over 50 million records. He has also developed many notable artists such as Becky G, Ross Lynch, and Blake Michaels and is also responsible for developing social media stars like Carson Lueders and Jordyn Jones as well as many finalists on American Idol and The Voice. Andrew Lane Music supervised the film Next Level, produced by Kristi Kaylor/The Loft Entertainment.
He also produced the soundtrack and wrote the music for the film. Next Level is a dance/performance movie starring a cast of top Gen Z actors, singers, and dancers with a collective social media reach of over 40 million people. Talent includes; Lauren Orlando, Emily Skinner, Brooke Butler, Hayden Summerall, Chloe East, Ellaorse Kaylor, and Will Simmons. The movie hit the theaters in the Summer of 2019. Andrew was recently appointed Vice President of Network Content for ShareTV. He is also a Grammy Voting Member and a Daytime Emmy Judge.
Marlana T. Alden is CEO/CFO and Chief Operating Officer and Creative Director at JamMar Moguls. A God-fearing entrepreneur & business executive, who continues to inspire others around the world. She is trilingual and is also an international speaker and mentor. She is the business and creative brain behind the success of JamMar Moguls.
Prior to arriving on the music and entertainment scene, she graduated with a Fashion Design degree at the University of Texas at Austin and started her own design studio as a Couture Designer, where she designed one-of-a-kind gowns for private clients, in the areas of couture bridal and evening wear. She also worked on designing one-of-a-kind dancewear for Latin dance. She was also a Make-Up Artist and Fashion Stylist.
Her love for business has often made her a workaholic. She finds creativity and challenges, the driving force behind her hard work, passion for business, and relentless work ethic. Her love for business has led her to many successful business ventures as an entrepreneur and investor. In addition to running a successful music and entertainment business with partner & boyfriend Jamaica Johnson; she is also a passionate Songwriter and a talented Fashion Designer in her own right. She is working on an apparel line and writing a book.
Marlana is also passionate about health and wellness and is a life-long Vegetarian. For the past 8 years, she has partnered with a multi-billion dollar company in Japan to raise awareness of the many health benefits of Electrolyzed Reduced Water (ERW), molecular hydrogen, and Electrolyzed Oxidized Water (EOW). She has helped change the health and lives of thousands of families worldwide and continues to mentor and develop successful business leaders throughout the world. She has business associates and teams under her tutelage throughout Asia, Europe, Latin America, Africa, South America, Mexico, United Emirates, Canada, as well the USA.
Despite her busy schedules as an entrepreneur and business executive, she still finds time for family, photography, cooking, gardening, meditation, singing, and world schooling her gifted daughter. She is an avid reader, world traveler, and enjoys family time, great company, and fine dining.
Larry Coll is a Latin Grammy winner and 3X Latin Grammy Nominee Music Engineer, Producer, Songwriter, Recording Artist, and Musician.

In 2015 He wrote “Lo Que Necesitas” the First Single of Disney’s Superstar Valeria Baroni.
Later that year he produces “La Bulla” for the acclaimed Colombian Band “Zalama Crew”. Earning him a big reputation not only as a writer but as a producer.
In 2017 He wrote 3 and Produce 2 songs for Universal’s Artist “Christian Pagán”. Cuando te veo, De Repente, Tumba Yeye.
Later that year, the song “Cuando Te Veo” Co-written with Rec808 and Christian Pagán was chosen for Telemundo and Later Netflix TV Show “Guerra de Idolos” as one of the main songs in the show.
Also in 2017, he joins the band “Kerreke” and releases their first Album “Kerreke” with great acceptance in the industry. Their Debut was at the Latin Billboards Showcase at the Fillmore in Miami Beach. Later that same year he produced the song “Perdido Amor” for the Iconic Band “Proyecto 1” in a Featuring with Spain Icons “Rumba 3”
In 2018 He got nominated in the category “Album of the year” for his work as a recording engineer in the Album “Soy Yo – Kany García). The album was also nominated in the category for Best Singer-Songwriter Album.
In 2019 He worked as a Recording Engineer in the album, “Contra El Viento” by Kany Garcia, Later nominated in the Best Singer-Songwriter Album Category and earning him his first Latin Grammy as a Recording Engineer.
He also wrote “Perfecta” for Sony Music Artist “Marger”, “Tu ultima canción” For Universal Artist “Pitizion”, wrote and co produced “Apaga La Luz” for Universal Artist Manu Manzo and Co wrote and produced “Quiero” For Latin Artist Christian Pagán.
That same year, he co-writes and co-produce 2 songs for the Iconic Band “Proyecto 1” Songs are “Chanceame” and “Y tu peleas”

In one year alone, Austin had numerous tracks played on Pete Tong’s BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix by the likes of Deep Dish, Murk, Sharam, Armin Van Buuren, David Guetta, and Seb Fontaine. CRIS ESCUTI is the original ghost co-songwriter of Enrique Igelesias song: "Bailando," which reached Diamond certified worldwide in 2014.
Cris Escuti is a talented Chilean born producer, songwriter & musician, and is now a Miami local. He began his musical journey as the lead guitarist and songwriter for a Miami based "Latin Grammy" nominated Spanish rock band called "Volumen Cero". Escuti is signed to Warner Music Latin, Warner Chappell Publishing and SESAC. Escuti recorded and released three full-length albums and multiple EP's with his band. He has also performed and toured extensively alongside artists such as "La Ley," "Juanes," and many others.
After "Volumen Cero," Escuti worked on a project with
G-Schulz and released an EP with Sony and ZMG Music in a compilation album alongside Pitbull, Don Omar and many others. Escuti has also written and produced the "Serendipity" album for the Anglo pop band "Krys Ryan." Today, Escuti is busy writing songs and producing, as well as working with JamMar Moguls on some incredible new projects that could be the next Bailando or comparable hits.

A native of Orlando, Florida, and student the Florida State University School of Music, Juan Jackson is an
international singer and actor who has performed on stage and television in the USA, Australia, Europe and
Juan toured extensively as Sportin’ Life in Peter Klein’s production of Porgy & Bess, before moving to Australia.
He also performed in the Australian production of Showboat in Sydney and Melbourne, before being cast as a
member of Opera Australia.
Juan won critical acclaim for his performance as John in Miss Saigon and was nominated Best Supporting
Lead in a Musical for the Helpmann Awards. His performances in Miss Saigon led to the Sydney Theatre

DIAMOND BARZ is 8 times Grammy Nominee.
Robert Brooks known professionally as Diamond Barz is an American record producer, composer, and songwriter. He is a frequent collaborator of fellow singers and rappers like Pleasure P, 21 Savage, and Troy Ave to name a few.
Diamond developed his love for music at the age of 1 with some of his favorite artists like Stevie Wonder, Bee Gees, and Queen. As a way to save money, Diamond drew upon his experience playing in church and began making beats for rappers. He gained local acclaim when he began producing beats for Def Squad thanks to Greg “Big G” Taylor. Soon after, others like Too Shorts former artist Joe Rizzo (courtesy of Up All Nite Records) began asking for his compositions. Early on in his career, Diamond Barz would give away his beats for free as a means to build connections and garner more publicity. The first song he produced that received radio play on V103 in Atlanta was "Super Thick'' by Chubby Relle. The success of "The Weekend'' by Grind ft/ Pleasure P motivated Diamond to continue producing. In 2007, he recorded his first of many collaborations with Pleasure P.
Along with other accomplishments like “Gotta Have You” he is also an 8x Grammy nominee during the 50th Anniversay on “LDB” (Progressive Rock version of Little Drummer Boy) to name a few.
Just like many other musical geniuses, Diamond Barz has been, and will continue making his mark in the music industry.

TAIWAN BARBER aka "TOO DEEP" Artist and owner of The KFSM Radio Network LLC with an audience reach of 2.3 million listeners and growing; Bloody Rain Productions, and MixleplixTv LLC.
Too Deep started out his music career as an Indie artist from Buffalo NY. His early introduction to the music scene began in 2002, in the Tri-Cities Washington area, where he collaborated and recorded over 500 songs within a span of 4 years. In his first live performance, he opened for Chamillionaire. In 2006, he moved to Spokane, Washington. There he founded Bloody Rain Productions and signed and managed 14 Indie artists.
In 2008, he relocated his family to Andrews, TX. After a successful show production for the Tejano Super Car Show, he was offered a job as the main stage manager. Too Deep went on to open for, book, and create relationships with major artists like The Ying Yang Twins, Twista, Bun B, Baby Bash, Lil Flip, Snow Da Product, KirkKo Bangz, Bone Crusher, Slim Thug, Lil Keke, Z-Ro, etc. which later lead to an opportunity creating and hosting a radio show, he called "Turn Up Tuesday" for 2 separate internet stations.
As his influence, celebrity contacts, and relationships began to grow, he found himself relocating his family and business to Lake Charles, Louisiana. It did not take long for him to find the music scene and explode again. He produced and headlined with UGK in his first live show in Lake Charles at one of the hottest nightclub called "Dunbar's," which featured 14 local artists. This allowed him to further propel his career and connect with Baby Savage “GOG- God’s Of Grind," which led to touring with GOG and opening up for Lil Flip, Bone Crusher, Young LA, Ray Lavender, The GS Boys, Bone The Mac, and others. He later became Head Promoter, where he collaborated with Anthony Landry, the Booking Manager for Lil Webbie. Tbe collaboration lead Too Deep touring with Lil Webbie, Savage Life, Bun B, and Lil Boosie throughout the USA for a year.
In 2017, Too Deep again relocated his family. This time to Raleigh, North Carolina. After a week of arriving in North Carolina, he was presented with the opportunity to become
Co-Owner and host for one of the radio stations in Raleigh. Too Deep's already established radio show he had built years ago called "Turn Up Tuesday" became the main draw for the new radio station in Raleigh. The offer was a bargain and Too Deep accepted and began to rebuild the station's entire programming layout and became Co-Owner. He later renamed the radio station, "The KFSM Radio Network".
In 2018, Too Deep relocated to Cleveland, OH with his family, and today, "The KFSM Radio Network" is one of the few BDS internet radio stations in the United States that also offers DRT (Digital Radio Tracker) for all of its artists. KFSM Radio is also syndicated with major stations like The Ryan Show (Produced by Eric B from EPMD), The Tru Skool Show with King Trick, The House Party Show hosted by Lonzo The God Father, and DJ Known and Radio Supa with TJ Supa. KFSM Radio also features a host of live DJ shows from all over the world. Looking to expand to TV and Acting, Too Deep continued to grow his studio and began to create video commercials to advertise his brand. His work got noticed by several internet TV stations and he was asked to produce and host a TV show for their networks, but Too Deep decided to explore other avenues and was blessed with the opportunity to start his very own Roku and Amazon Fire Stick Channel with his show "Guess Who's Trending." This became the start of Mixleplix TV LLC.
Today, Too Deep's "Guess Who's Trending," now streams live and “VOD” on MixleplixTv on Roku, The Amazon Fire Stick, and HHNTV (Hip Hop Network TV). which features artists from all over the world and headlined by a string of celebrity contacts. “Guess Who’s Trending” Mixleplix Tv also hosts “A Whole Lot Of Game Podcast”, “Hold No Barz V.S Show” and “Celebrity Talk Interviews” where he hosts Live internet interviews (with Celebrity artists like Bizzy Bone, Montel Jordan, S. Malki Means King (Samuel Malki) is an American hip hop artist and musician. Born January 28, 1986, in Oakland, CA and raised in the Bay Area, he grew up in Berkeley, CA. Malki Means “King” in Arabic, and he uses this as his rap name. Malki started recording music in 2005. Since that day, Malki has been making the best music he can make. He draws his musical style from every side of hip hop, but you can always tell when it’s a Malki song. Aaron grew up in Portland, Oregon listening to west coast music, where his sense of music styles was influenced by Mac, Dre, Tupac, Brotha Lynch, E-40, and many others. When an auto accident and DUI, almost cost him his life, Aaron started a journey of self-reflection and decided to move forward with his passion for music and his work as a music producer. When asked what he would be doing if he wasn’t a producer? Aaron’s reply was, “Probably going crazy, music is more than just music, it’s therapy to me. I can release all my emotions through the keys.” His dream is to produce Grammy hits and his motto is “never stop learning and never stop grinding.”
Stephen Debrand graduated top of his class from Full Sail Academy. Stephen Debrand has been a Studio Engineer/Manager for over 15 years. Stephen has also worked as Head Audio Engineer for the Golf Channel and HBO Latino.
